O projeto \u00e9 volunt\u00e1rio e os executivos de empresas associadas \u00e0 AMCHAM atuam como mentores dos jovens. Durante as mentorias s\u00e3o abordados questionamentos dos adolescentes, que recebem orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e podem tirar d\u00favidas sobre o mundo corporativo. S\u00e3o seis encontros semanais de uma hora e meia de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, na sede da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00eanis, no Instituto Caldeira.
